if you did not load the pictures into a computer and you deleted the pictures in the camera then you are screwed becuase a memory stick in the camera is complicated and does not hold shadow copies. only pc does. if you saved it on pc the go to the control panel and click on system restore. If you have a mac, then i dont know what to do.
You’ll have to install software to recover deleted pictures, but there are plenty of free options out there. One of the better ones is PC Inspector:
