[Treo 750 (WM6)] Moving programs between card and memory?

I have downloaded some freeware that are “green” and can be executed without installation. In the instruction it says this can be run from the device memory or the card. I made a copy of folder and files to the cards and it wokrs perfectly.
However, for performance issue, I would like to copy this program to the internal memory of my Treo 750 and run it directly from there, but I can’t find out where should I copy the files to.
Can someone please give me a hint? thank you!
Thanks for the first reply, but I wasn’t askign HOW do I do it, I know how to cut and paste. I wish to know WHERE should I drop the folders / files and make this program available in my Program list. Thank you.
go into the file explorer, now go into the SD card folder, tap and hold on the file, then hit “cut” now go into whatever folder you want to paste it to (I suggest the program files folder,) then tap and hold down in the white empty space, and hit “paste”
