flight simulator downloading?

Hi guys,
I have FS2004. It works terrible. Can I buy more memory? hard drive, ram graphics card, etc. Also How do you download the freeware planes of the internet and put them on flight sim 2004 to fly them?

Don’t try to download anything until you get the first problem solved. You didn’t say what type and model of computer you have. Normally you can upgrade any and all of the things you mentioned. The first thing I would look at is the amount of RAM memory you have. If you still have the box from FS it should give you the minimum requirements. If it is playing slow it is probably memory. If the graphics look bad it might be the graphics card, or you could have the resolution set wrong.
The easiest way to get an answer for free it to take you tower into BESTBUY and ask them the same questions. In a few minutes they will ba able to tell you exactly what is wrong, how to fix it, and how much it will cost.pp
yeah you can buy more ram to speed up your computer, or you can also get a better graphics card which will also make the game run smoother. and yeah you can download free planes from websites such as http://www.surclaro.com, and http://www.simviation.com
